You grant DATASMART TECHNOLOGY / HeyVexa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free operating license to ingest, enhance, generate video advertising creatives, and dispatch video assets to your designated social feeds (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook) at your instruction. You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of your underlying product assets and brand catalog.
