1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HeyVexa (https://www.heyvexa.com), operated by DATASMART TECHNOLOGY, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our software or services.

2. Description of Service

HeyVexa is an AI-powered e-commerce and social video platform that enables merchants and creators to transform product photos into multi-language listings, 9:16 vertical video reels, and multi-channel cross-posting across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and eBay.

3. Credit System & Pricing Plans

HeyVexa operates on a standardized credit system where 1 Complete Post Bundle requires 5 Credits total:

• 2 Credits: AI Photo Vision & 9:16 Video Reel Motion Rendering.
• 2 Credits: AI Title, Multi-Language Description & Tag Generation.
• 1 Credit: Multi-Platform Cross-Publishing.

Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe (Free: 5 credits; Starter: 50 credits/mo; Pro: 150 credits/mo; Business: 500 credits/mo; Agency: 1,000 credits/mo). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Account Settings.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access remains active through the current paid billing cycle. If you experience technical failures during credit consumption, contact contact@heyvexa.com for credit reimbursement.

5. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all product photos and content uploaded to HeyVexa. You agree not to use the platform to generate fraudulent listings, counterfeit product offers, or illegal material.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

HeyVexa is provided "as is". DATASMART TECHNOLOGY shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
